Study:  Nurturing the Caregiver

Join a small, intimate group (just 3 participants) as we move together through Nurturing the Caregiver, one phase at a time. Each group stays together for the full three weeks of that phase, meeting once a week to reflect, share, and gently unpack the heart of the caregiving experience.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a safe, supportive space to process what caregiving has taken, what it’s taught, and what you still carry. We read together, we talk honestly, and we take our time.

Each phase is its own small journey—with the same people walking beside you from start to finish. Come as you are. There’s no pressure here, just care.
